This is one of the sides, just for us two.

I´ve planed it like that:

The Qualification Round will be battled in Groupes like THAT:

40 Member= 10 Groupes, each Groupe with 4 Members
50 Member= 10 Groupes, each Groupe with 5 Members
60 Member= 10 Groupes, each Groupe with 6 Members
70 Member= 10 Groupes, each Groupe with 7 Members

If we are more than 70 Members, it is something other.

Like:

80 Member= 20 Groupes, each Groupe with 4 Members
90 Member= 20 Groupes: 10 Groupes with each 4 Members, 10 Groupes wich each 5 Member
100 Member= 20 Groupes, each Groupe with 5 Members

And so on.

Then:

The firsts of every League comes into the first League, thesecond of every Group into the second league and so on.
